Katharine is a free-lance musical theatre vocal coach, with clients well-established in the music theatre industry in London and around the country in leading theatres and touring productions.  Her busy private studio is well-established in Wimbledon, London.  She also teaches at The Associated Studios, a leading musical theatre academy, in Barons Court, London, teaching singing technique and audition repertoire on a one-to-one basis.  She has also taught at other well-established drama schools and musical institutions, including GSA Conservatoire, Pimlico Special Music Course, and Elmhurst Ballet School. 

Katharine regularly presents workshops on singing and performance around the country with actress Caroline Jay.  She is Director of Shelsley Singing, which runs residential singing courses in the Midlands (see Courses/Workshops for details on all workshops and residential courses).  

 Many of her clients (past and current) have enjoyed considerable success, appearing in West End shows and touring productions, including Soul Sister, Sweeney Todd, Shrek, Joseph, Rocky Horror Show, Evita, Les Miserables, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, The Wizard of Oz, Dancing in the Streets, Hairspray, Love Never Dies, Big Fish.
